The latter being my last active duty, as I sustained life changing injuries after stepping on an IED (improvised explosive device) in the summer of 2012.
As such I am now an above knee single leg amputee (left leg) and have a multitude of other injuries which added to the reasons as to why I was medically discharged from the military in September 2018.
I am a person who loves a challenge and thrives under pressure, I recently completed the USMC marathon in Washington DC and the London Marathon with the support of my wife to be, raising money for Help for Heroes and Frontline Children.
I believe that positive mental attitude is crucial to achieving success, whether that be in learning something new, work, mental health or exercise and well-being. I am motivated and driven by the desire to help those less fortunate, and that have been left with nothing because of conflict.

specialised in building resilience, discipline, and motivation, often in the face of adversity. After serving in the army, I went on to qualify as an Army Physical Training Instructor, bringing a mountain of experience both mentally and physically to the role.
I then took these skills into
the civilian sector, consulting hundreds of clients on how to become the best version of themselves and getting the maximum out of work/life balance.
Personally I have a huge drive to help people.
In the first lock down, I recognised that not all children were able to get online, to access their schoolwork. So I created ‘tablets for children’. This went viral, and raised over £8,000 to purchase multiple tablets, helping over 250 children and their families.

To get urgent humanitarian help and resources to areas of the world devastated by conflict, that sit out of the media spotlight. We are a group of highly motivated military veterans, with a mountain of experience in these conflict zones.
We
put this knowledge and experience to good use, by helping those areas that aren't in the spotlight and are difficult to gain access to.
We strongly believe in giving back and helping those less fortunate than ourselves.
